What we do
Eyebiss provides residential electricity-plan analysis and personalized recommendations, including whether a customer should keep a current plan, wait, or switch. Eyebiss may present available electricity-plan offers, including Eyebiss-branded offers that are sold and provided by an underlying certified retail electric provider. Enrollment functionality is offered only when separately enabled and authorized.
How we're paid
Eyebiss may receive compensation when a customer enrolls in an electricity plan through Eyebiss. Compensation may be paid by the retail electric provider associated with the selected plan or by an enrollment or technology partner associated with the enrollment, and compensation may vary by provider or plan.

No affiliated retail electric provider.
Where we work
Eyebiss serves residential customers in Texas areas open to retail electric choice, subject to address-level eligibility, retail electric provider participation, and plan availability. Eyebiss may not display every electricity plan available at a customer's address.

Complaints
Customers may contact the Public Utility Commission of Texas Consumer Protection Division at 1-888-782-8477, or 512-936-7120 in Austin, or file a complaint through the PUCT consumer complaint portal.
Your bill and your data
Eyebiss processes your bill for your check and does not keep the uploaded file as a durable decision record. Each decision record has a 30-day active-store expiry. Optional updates and support requests have separate retention periods explained in the privacy policy. Read the privacy policy.
