Texas electricity definition

Bill-credit plan

Also: usage-credit plan, threshold-credit plan

A plan that applies a bill credit only when stated conditions, often a usage threshold or window, are met.

What it means

The credit can lower cost in qualifying months and disappear outside its window. A low average rate at one reference usage may therefore coexist with a much higher cost just below or above the qualifying range.

How the decision system uses this concept

Eyebiss evaluates the credit month by month and preserves the exact eligibility rule as evidence; it does not assume a recurring observed credit is contractual.
